Roles and Responsibilities
The work to deliver the remaining WPRs will involve undertaking of the following tasks:
- gathering documentation (both in electronic and paper format);
- scanning paper documentation;
- checking of documentation against defined checklists;
- collation of documentation to form a record for each consignment;
- supporting preparation of documents and associated metadata for migration on to the LLWR Hub environment;
- recording of any issues identified with the documentation checked; and attendance and input at project progress meetings
- close working with Waste Inventory & Compliance Technical Assistant (who is acting in the role of ‘Records Coordinator’) to complete the project.
Experience Required
Essential Skills:
- Strong organisation skills
- Close attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in use of MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working with projects managing a large numbers of documents
