Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing scaffold, insulation, and painting (SIP) activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business unit objectives
- Lead and motivate team members to advance employee engagement
- Oversee all operations and business activities of the unit to ensure they produce desired results
- Manage resources and budget to achieve financial and business objectives
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the business unit
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Analyse and interpret data and metrics to create reports and presentations for executive management
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Business Unit Director or similar leadership role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
