Experience Required
- Degree in relevant subject or part professional qualification (e.g. MCIPS / RICS)
- Relevant Contract Management/ Procurement experience covering a range of services
- Appropriate practical knowledge and experience of the NEC suite of contracts including experience of a range of NEC Main Options
- Strong commercial & contract awareness and able to demonstrate experience in purchasing & contract management
- A demonstrable ability to deal with stakeholders across a broad range of management levels and technical expertise
- Experience of establishing & maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve NWS’s strategic objectives
- Excellent IT skills with practical experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of involvement in complex business programmes
- Experience of public procurement regulations, or alternative structured procurement system, to support the further competition processes within the multi-supplier lots of the frameworks
